If you have the Professional edition, it is possible to export presentations to PowerPoint format (ppt, pptx).

Just use the File/Export to a PowerPoint presentation... menu, choose the destination file, and a Powerpoint file will be created where indicated.

Important Note:

It should be noted that in the version of PowerPoint presentation, animation effects and transitions are not present. It is impossible to Powerpoint display advanced effects of Slide Effect.

To use this feature, it is necessary to have Powerpoint (XP, 2003, 2007 or 2010) installed on the machine. Moreover, the possibility of saving in pptx format depends on the version of Powerpoint installed(on older versions it is not possible to save as pptx).
