Which format to use to playback on IPAD

I tried to create a MOV file to play back on an IPAD, but I get the message that the IPAD cannot playback the MOV file.

Try to export as HD 720p and it should work... but I don't have an iPad to test. Otherwise, install VLC on your ipad.
