When I opened slide-effect it has a pop-up window announcing an update. When I tried to install the update I got an error message. I needed to change an existing project so I just went back to slide-effect and closed the advisory window without updating and finished my work. I tried to do the update later the same day and got the same error. Since the project is self extracting sometimes I don't need to open it all. Well I opened it again today and remembered the whole thing and thought maybe it was just a little bug in the new update, but I get the same error message trying to update today. It reads:

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile; code 5.
Access is denied.

I don't know what all that means, but I can't seem to get the update.

    Hi,

    Yes sometimes this error occur...

    Simply do the following steps:
    - reboot your computer.
    - Using a file explorer go to "My Documents/Downloads" and double click on "SlideEffect_1.9.2.exe" to proceed to the install.

    This way it should work.

    Keep me informed.
