Motionkit bug?

Hi! Let me just say that I love this product! It is a fantastic way to make presentations amazing! My problem is with the Motionkit package. Whenever I use one it freezes the slide and turns it black. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

    as MotionKit package uses movies as background, it seems you have a video codec issue.

    Try to download and install the following package:
    http://shark007.net/vistacodecpackage.html

    (even if your OS is not Vista, the package name is misleading)

    Then relaunch Slide Effect one more time, and tell me if it works better.
