if i want to use this on Another computer without this program on it, what program would it use to open the presentation?

the main title is a little confusing, i know

Well,

First Point: Powerpoint (ppt) presentation are not (yet) supported by Slide Effect.

Second Point: If we are talking about a Slide Effect presentation (sef), once you have finished it, you can export it to a single executable file, copy this single file to the usb key and run it on any other computer without installing anything else.
