Hi Alain

I prepared a show of about 20 slides (50 pictures (All pics less than 1.5 MB) and 2 movies of 20 MB and 40MB each). Play time of 4.42 minutes. My PC is a Dell Note Book running on the following specifications:-
Intel Core I7 CPU Q720 at 1.60 Ghz (memory boost up to 2.53 Ghz)
Onboard RAM Memory of 4GB
Dedicated ATI Mobility Radeon HD4570 Graphic Card with 512 MB Memory

When I tried to play the whole show it crashed with the the notification Memory Access Violation.

I hope you can help. Thanks Again.

Regards

Azmi

    Hi,

First: are you using latest version (1.9.1) ? If it is not the case please upgrade.

If you are using 1.9.1, two things:

    - Please send me the project (SEF) file, so I can give it a look. (use www.dropsend.com on alain@slide-effect.com)
    - Then, if the problem occur on a specific slide, you can try to remove this slide (the one about to display when the crash occurs) and recreate it, it may fix the problem.

    Keep me informed.

    Hi Alain

As requested I am forwarding the .sef file for you to troubleshoot. BTW I have the feeling that Slide No. 17 is the one giving the problem. I will have to check again. Thanks

    Yes, thanks.

The problems comes from the "Fur border" you used.

I will release 1.9.2 that fix the problem in a few hours.

    Thanks for the report!
