You created a neat presentation using Slide Effect but you are not able to view it on your favorite media player... what is the problem?
Probably you don't have the correct codec. Slide Effect create movies using the mpeg2video codec and uses internally wmv1 and wmv2 codec, so if one of these is missing you may experience some problem playing your movie (black screen for instance)
Solution:
Download the following package of codec and it will correct your issue:

If DVD movies still displays a black screen, you can for instance use VLC media player to view it:

it doesnt work?
the video that i have inserted wont play. when i press the preview button it goes to the slide but says 'memory access violation'
what do i do?
Are you using XP? If yes, please also update Windows Media Player using this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-media-player
