Would it be possible in the Future to incorporate a Widescreen(16:9) option, which would be great as many today are upgrading from 4:3 to 16:9.

Yes, it is a top priority request. It should appears on the next version (16:9 and 16:10 because in fact computer widescreen are usually 16:10 and not 16:9)
